I have an eclectic approach and draw from a number of different modalities. I am above all else a client-centered therapist and will utilize a variety of different therapeutic approaches as we all grow and change with time. The last thing I would want if I was the client would be to have a therapist use a one size fits all approach with me. Every client is unique and has different preferences and learning styles. Let's discuss what you know to be true about yourself and explore what you have yet to discover! Also, supplementing therapy with exercise, meditation and yoga (if you are physically able) are often what I would recommend to accelerate the work we do together.
